D365 Sr. Finance Functional Consultant

As a Sr. Finance Functional Consultant, you will be tasked with leading and/or architecting solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance opportunities, supporting project management to ensure successful solution delivery, and offering expertise in application functionality during solution implementation. The ideal candidate will display comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and a proven history of effectively executing complex, end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow Caf2Code team members to contribute to the development of innovative solutions addressing business challenges encountered by our clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Apply business best practices to define business process solutions rooted in D365 Finance.
  • Translate functional business requirements into a configuration design tailored for D365 Finance applications. Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for all stages of the D365 Finance implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct client training sessions on the utilization of D365 Finance and any supplementary software implemented by Caf2Code.
  • Assist and advise clients throughout pilot testing phases of solution implementation.
  • Engage with clients to craft functional designs for custom D365 Finance requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support and quality assurance for implemented D365 Finance solutions.
  • Conduct demonstrations of D365 Finance to prospects and customers, including pre-presentation preparation and requirements gathering.

Your Experience Must Include:

  • BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA (Preferred not Required)
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as a Senior Functional or Lead Consultant on implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Extensive experience working in core financials and logistical business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, and Sales and Inventory Management.
  • Experience working with and/or implementing complimentary third-party solutions to D365 Finance.

D365 Sr. SCM Functional Consultant

As a Sr. SCM Functional Consultant, you will be tasked with leading requirements gathering and conducting functional design analysis. You’ll actively participate in fit/gap analysis discussions and take responsibility for delivering high-quality, on-time functional deliverables. Your deliverables will include but not limited to business process documentation, functional design documents, system configurations, system tests, solution system walkthroughs, and finalizing solution designs. 

The ideal Sr. SCM Functional Consultant must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O’s Supply Chain Management capabilities and functionalities. Prior experience in implementing Warehouse Management solutions, EDI, and Manufacturing is required.  

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for participating in all project phases, including analysis, design, modeling, testing, and deployment of suitable solutions.
  • Applies advanced analysis skills and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to deliver reliable designs with a focus on quality.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution areas, particularly in supply chain management.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects, representing technical and business requirements.
  • Creates Functional Specification documents for customizations based on Microsoft Dynamics standards.
  • Has hands-on experience in D365F&O Supply Chain modules (Purchasing, Receiving, Quality, Inventory Management, Item Master, etc.).
  • Works on large Dynamics AX/D365 implementations and upgrades with complex solution designs.
  • Familiar with data migration and D365 Data Management module.
  • Knowledgeable about emerging Microsoft technologies, including Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Azure Data Lake, and Azure DevOps.

Your Experience Must Include:

  • BS Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (Preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O primarily in Supply Chain Management.

Your strategic insights will be crucial in optimizing CRM workflows, driving user adoption, and maximizing the platform’s potential to foster strong customer relationships.

As a D365 CRM Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in guiding organizations toward achieving their CRM objectives while ensuring seamless integration and alignment with broader business strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM consulting, with a strong focus on customer engagement solutions.
  • Proven track-record of successfully implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Deep understanding of CRM processes and best practices in various industries.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  • An understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodology a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

D365 Business Intelligence Analyst

As a “full stack” Business Intelligence role encompassing a mix of data engineering, reporting, data quality analysis, and knowledge transfer responsibilities. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI, integrating data from D365 and various sources into reliable reports, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data flows. The BIA will be responsible for creating, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements to “data plumbing,” data flows, and other related items.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics.
• Experience developing interactive Power BI Reports using Power BI desktop, and paginated reports within Report Developer.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes, and related data storage tools.

D365 Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will serve as the central repository of knowledge, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the functional and technical departments. Your role involves leading daily meetings, tracking updates, maintaining project plans, budgets, and documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing complex D365 projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and acting as a change agent.

Position requires you to manage risks, facilitate issue resolution, and evangelize internal tools and services. Expected to attend project-related meetings, monitor schedules, adhering to change management procedures, and motivating team members. Furthermore, you lead the change management and communications work stream, proactively addressing obstacles to ensure project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of D365 F&O/Dynamics implementation experience
• PM of 5+ successful full cycle D365/Dynamics implementations.
• 5+ years of managing large ERP software projects and development teams
• Previous experience in a PM role for a D365 F&O/Dynamics implementation
• Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
• Hands on approach, strong analytical and business process design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and presenting to executive teams.
